I was looking for boots like this for the past couple winters. I wanted something "wintery", totally waterproof, without laces (basically a lined galosh), and not ugly or cheap-looking. I didn't even know I was looking for these boots until I found them! I love the color. They are so comfortable. They keep my feet dry and warm. (and I live in Wisconsin!) They fit my style perfectly, which is something I had trouble finding in a functional women's boot.

SIZING: I normally wear an 8 or 8.5 (tending toward 8.5), and I ordered a 9 because other reviews said to order a size up. The 9s fit perfectly.

It's been years since I've owned rain boots. But I started a job at an elementary school and I had outside dismissal duty every afternoon. Rain or shine. I wanted boots that were comfortable, easy to pull on quickly, and warm. These are PERFECT. They are extremely well made. The lining keeps my feet warm and snug, and keep all the wet out. They're still going strong and if they ever fall apart, I will definitely be getting a replacement pair on that day.

There are a few issues with these boots:

1. The lining is cheap and will come off on your pants. Invest in a lint roller if you are absolutely sure about buying them.

2. The lining does not provide much warmth, it is also very slippery on the bottom. I feel like my feet can't get a good grip of these boots when I'm walking.

3. The quality of these boots are iffy - I had the first pair replaced since they were leaking on the bottom after one wear.

4. Worst thing about these boots is that they are completely flat on the bottom. If you are looking for arch support and are prone to orthopedic problems, please avoid buying these boots. One day when I was carrying heavy things, I overcompensated by putting too much pressure on my feet and ended up twisting my ankle since the inside is so flat and slippery.

They look so cute online, however the opening is so wide! It might be just on me, who knows, but they fit so large around my calves, they look kind of weird. Also, the fur lining is kind of cheap, because it comes off and gets on my jeans. Whenever I take them out, their is fur all over my jeans and socks, it just wasn't what i was expecting. However on a positive note they are warm and the color coral blue is really cute.

I bought these boots a few weeks ago after I moved to Wales, UK. It rains a lot here off and on and now that winter's coming I'm expecting snow. These boots are warm, because of the fur lining. They're comfortable (me being a bigger girl I wanted to make sure they'd fit around my mid calf. Because they're not so high they fit perfectly). They are a little heavy but not enough to bother me. They're waterproof though! They keep my feet warm and dry and because I got the black ones they match everything. Also, on the top there's a white strip that's actually the reflective band type that can be seen in the dark. I recommend these to anyone living in a rainy area.

I needed a rubber boot that I could wear without having to put on socks. These are perfect. The lining is very soft. The entire boot is lined with this "fur", even the part under the insole. They do run a bit small, not a big deal for me since I don't wear socks in them anyway, but if you're planning on putting on your thick wool socks first, order a size up. The tread is decent, not so deep that they become giant mud magnets and not so smooth that I'm slipping and sliding around in the mud. They are not too snug around my giant calves, I can still cram the hem of my jeans in there to keep my pants clean. Overall, they are exactly what I was looking for.

I really love these. They don't make my feet/leg sweat and they are extremely comfortable on the inside. I usually order a 6.5 in shoes, but the 6 was perfectly fine for me and I think I have slightly wide feet. I know that they're not the most feminine style you could go with, but most people dress like crap on rainy days anyway, and I think this is a cute way to make up for that.

I also have big calves, but I have no problem tucking my pants into these boots. Seriously, this might have been the best purchase that I've made in the last few months, because I think the price is reasonable and I'm really getting my worth out of these boots. I also plan on wearing them in the winter because although you wouldn't run around in these in the snow, commuting in them will be very useful, as they are warm and water resistant.
