I have read elsewhere that this product should not be put in a clothes
dryer because it’s highly flammable. I would suggest that you air dry your
slippers if you coat the bottoms with this, or any other flammable product.
Suggestion, leave that dot and turn it into a ‘decor dot’. Just dip plain
end of craft paint brush, eraser end of pencil, wood skewer into plastic
stuff and make dotty pattern all around slipper edge. Could even monogram
with dots, 100s of dotty designs of yours.
May I suggest using painters tape to protect the other parts of the bottom
of the slipper that you don’t want to get messed up?? :)
This is WONDERFUL!! Ty for the tip!! I have yet to try anything to make the
bottoms non skid, but I sure am going to try this. When using this product,
can the slippers be washed in the wash machine and can it they put in the
dryer when they need to be cleaned?
Excellent video!! Boy what a great idea…….passing on this gem of a
tip. Thanks Lucille.

I wonder if I apply it with a paint sponge, would it work better and have
less drip.
As a professional handyman I’d like to thank you for your creativity and
this video. I’be used Plasti Dip for tools.Your application opens a new

Try using blue painters tape to outline the areas to paint the shoes.
